Kakheti region is well known for it’s vast vineyards. To appraise spanning agricultural land plots we use aerial imagery. Our inspection team always uses a drone to define the scope & see everything from above. Appraisal team needs this footage to consider surrounding factors.
Samegrelo is the leading hazelnut-producing area in Georgia. It makes up more than 40% of the country’s hazelnut production.
During inventory management projects in agricultural industry, we face the challenge of always moving machinery & different terrain. During the first visit, we set up the framework. We agree with workers on timing to account machinery & utensils without interrupting their workflows.

Adjara: Collateral damage valuation in the blizzard & Batumi’s hospitality sector
In February 2025, heavy snowfall in western Georgia caused a public emergency. The weather cut off many villages & caused Batumi’s industrial buildings roofs to collapse. Our collateral damage valuation department rushed to the epicenter of this disaster. They provided valuation of dozen damaged properties in Batumi for our insurance partners from TBC Insurance, GPI Holding, Unison
Western Georgia, especially Batumi – is a popular destination for all our teams. In the summer of 2025, we provided inventory management for Orbi Group. We also inspected the top of Batumi Tower for insurance coverage determination.
