Our scope of construction management includes: 

  1. Establishing project characteristics like design, quality, project delivery terms, total budget of the project.
  2. Managing the Tender process including  to define the most appropriate participants for the tender, set requirements for tender participants prepare pre-qualification documents, review and assess the proposals, reveal the contractor that qualify the project  requirements and provide tender reports describing the details of the choice. 

  3. Assisting in Drafting Contracts by FIDIC standards
    Assist in the appointed legal advisor in the preparation of  Contracts to incorporate  all critical issues related to design and construction process, considering Performance Guarantees, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Obligations for defect corrections, Delay Damages, etc.
  4. Assessing compliance with contract deliverables:
    Monitor the entire process of construction and  prepare  monthly reports of project progress  thus evaluating  works carried out:
    • Financial status of the project: compliance with the budget; past and forecasted  cash flows
    • Compliance with projected quality parameters.
    • Identifying variations from the project constraints
    • Identifying potential risks affecting the project
    • Manage the Contractors performance against contract obligations
